All items have different processing times. Please check your item's product description for information on when it will be ready to ship. Some items are made to order and require longer to make- this will be stated in the product description.

I take a lot of care in packaging your order and will always do my best to ensure that your order arrives at it's new home safely. All orders come packaged in either a gift box or soft velvet pouch, in a larger protective box.
Investing everything with mindful intention is my favourite part about creating for my shop, and everything right down to the packaging is carefully thought out and made with love and positive intention.

All UK orders are shipped out by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery.
This service requires a signature on delivery and usually takes 1-3 days to arrive.

All International & EU orders will be shipped out by Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For.
This service requires a signature on delivery and can be tracked online. Your tracking number can be found on your paypal transaction receipt once your item has shipped. In case of concern, please contact me.
International orders usually take between 5-9 working days to arrive, however due to your local customs or other complications with the postal service, this may take longer, so please allow up to 25 working days for your order to arrive.

If you would like to purchase added postal insurance for your order, for instance, if your order is particularly expensive, please contact me before placing your order.

Please understand that I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post, however I will always do what I can to minimise this risk or help locate the item.

POLICIES & processing
Rising Tides shop is updated spontaneously. For more information on when my shop is updated and upcoming pieces, please follow my Instagram page @rising_tides. If you cannot see the item you want then I'm afraid it has sold. As a result, my collections may sometimes appear a bit sparse leading up to an update.

Please bear in mind that Rising Tides is a one-woman operation and this sometimes means that I miss emails or get delayed. I'm only human! Please be patient and understand that I am more artist than business woman, but I am trying my absolute best. I will always do my best to communicate on those rare occasions that there may be a delay with your order, and I will never intentionally ignore an email. If you have not received a reply from me please do resend your email or DM- ​between making, packing, shipping and all of the other things I do, sometimes things slip through.

Please note that all custom order sales are final, as they are handmade especially for you! This includes made-to-order items.
Please note that there are also no returns or refunds on sale or discounted items unless they are faulty. If you have a problem with your order, please contact me as I will always try to make things right for you.

Returns are accepted on ready-to-ship pieces within 14 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and only once the item has been returned will the refund be made.

If you are ordering a ring, it is your responsibility to send me the correct size. If you need help with sizing, please get in contact or pop into your local jewellery store to have your finger measured. I am happy to resize rings if the design allows it, but this may incur a small fee and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Rising Tides is a UK based company and as such, it is the law here to have any jewellery sold as Silver weighing over 7.78g hallmarked at an assay office. To keep costs to a minimum, I currently only hallmark jewellery that legally requires it (weighs over 7.78g), meaning that your piece may or may not be hallmarked. If you would like to discuss the matter, please feel free to email me.
