Lovingly handmade from sterling silver, this septum ring will fit 14-16g and has a wire width of 1.45mm.  

The ring sits comfortably, measuring approx 10mm across, and can be pulled apart and pushed back together to be threaded through your nose.
I've worked to perfect this design so that it is comfortable and durable.
