The Birch is a native British tree and was held sacred by our Celtic Druid ancestors, being the first tree to colonise new ground, it's leaves, catkins and twigs all paving the way for other trees and life to follow. It's constant shedding a reminder to consciously adjust our mindset to prepare for change, embracing it for the role it plays in the great cycle of all things. Pendant measures 2 inches & hangs on a 28 inch darkened sterling silver chain. The silver has been oxidised to produce a darker patina and polished off in places.
